Services

Get Local Social provides social media management services, including but not limited to professional media services, content creation, account management, "collaborator" ad management, Google Profile Management (local SEO), and performance analysis. We aim to help businesses grow their online presence through effective and affordable social media strategies.


Client Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business and social media accounts.
  • Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with Get Local Social in providing necessary access and materials for the effective management of your social media accounts.
  • Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.


Payment Terms

  • Fees: The fees for our services are outlined in your agreement with Get Local Social. All payments are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is brought current. Payments more than 72 hours past due will result in a temporary pause in services. Time, engagement, or services lost during this period are not recoverable.


Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content and materials you provide to Get Local Social. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute this content as necessary for the delivery of our services.
  • Get Local Social IP: All intellectual property related to the Get Local Social services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and proprietary software, remains the exclusive property of Get Local Social.


Confidentiality

Get Local Social agrees to keep all client information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of providing services. This includes your business strategies, social media credentials, and any other sensitive information.


Termination

  • Termination by Client: You may terminate your agreement with Get Local Social at any time with 30 days' written notice via email. Please request an "acknowledged" response to ensure our team has recieved your request. The 30 days shall begin from the client's initial notice email, not from the response "acknowledged" email. This allows for a seamless transition and asset deliverability as we close your account. Any prepaid fees for services not rendered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.


  • Termination by Get Local Social: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, engage in illegal or unethical activities, or are found to have violated our company values. The company values are professionalism, mutual respect, and timely cooperation on approvals, assets, and information for our team to support your brand efficiently. In this case, you will receive 1 written warning from our team as we process documentation on any offenses.


Offenses may include (but are not limited to):


- Name calling, cursing, or threats to our team members

- Innapropriate comments, staring, or aggressive behaviors to our team members

- Consistently late on approval timelines, or sending assets (if applicable)

- Failure to reserve or book your media specialist in a timely manner

- Unprepared for media specialist visits which limit our ability to perform for your brand

- Late payments or failure to update payment data for recurring monthly charges


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Local Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, Florida.


Changes to Terms

Get Local Social may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will take effect upon posting on our website.
